Spicy oven-baked barbecue spareribs with jalapeño ketchup sauce

About this recipe

Blending barbecue sauce with jalapeño ketchup gives you a spicy rib sauce without a long ingredient list. Covering the ribs keeps them moist; the last half hour uncovered sets the glaze.
