Oven barbecue
Spareribs roasted low and covered in a mix of barbecue sauce and SpiceItUp! Jalapeño Ketchup, then uncovered so the sauce turns sticky. Four ingredients and about two hours in the oven.
Blending barbecue sauce with jalapeño ketchup gives you a spicy rib sauce without a long ingredient list. Covering the ribs keeps them moist; the last half hour uncovered sets the glaze.
